MSCS LLC Terms and Conditions of Service


Liability

MSCS is not responsible for any negative or ill-mannered responses to the services that are used to represent your company/organization. MSCS is not liable in the event of a cyber-hacking or attack on your company’s digital marketing and communication resources. The customer holds liability for all digital media resource actions taken with or without the advice or consultation actions taken by MSCS. Services agreed upon at the time of this proposal are valid until the customer takes action to cancel MSCS services. MSCS LLC reserves the right to immediately cease all provided services at any point in time. 


Payment Terms 

Payments must be made to MSCS LLC by their stated due date, if the customer fails to comply, they are subject to late fees (up to a 5% penalty fee of the mutually agreed upon service requests). The customer will pay the mutually agreed prices of services and be served the products to them stated in their most recently signed quote/proposal. Any additional service requests that do not fall in the customer’s current plan are subject to their standard charge fees. Services are subject to cancellation if past due amounts are not paid in full. 


Cancellation Terms

Customers may freely cancel services at any point in time. Cancellation cost is determined by the date of cancellation and services received until that point of cancellation. Once a cancellation is processed and finalized, customers may come back for services needed but are not promised the same prices as prior quotes/proposals stated. Customer services maybe canceled at any point in time as seen fit by MSCS LLC. 


Customer Approval Terms

The customer will be sent work to be approved in a mutually agreed-upon manner. If multiple individuals are working with MSCS, there must be one designated primary approver that gets the final say-so in services provided. If this subject remains undiscussed between the customer and MSCS, the requestor of services whose signature is on the quote/proposal is automatically designated as the primary approver until explicitly stated to change at the insistence of relevant team members all working for the same company/organization. Design changes for one service or product are permitted to up to three requests; anything further than that is not required by MSCS LLC.
